And in doing so, they pull you even further away from yourself. That is mindfuck and a waste of energy, time, and money.

In 2012, I had hit rock bottom. No money, no perspective, isolated, desperate, dating Voldemort, and suicidal for the third time. And Original Human Design saved my ass, to the point where I now say every single day how much I love life.

My path to Human Design and to my true self

Sometimes everything has to fall apart before you can truly recognize yourself. I was not always a teacher. I was a seeker. Torn apart. A survivor. Human Design was not a coincidence. It was remembrance, deeply rooted within my nervous system.

Breakdown – The beginning of my search

At 22, I had reached the end. My body and psyche collapsed. I searched for help through conventional therapies and swallowed antidepressants like candy. I checked myself into a clinic for three weeks because I wanted to end my life. But nothing helped. So I left. I dropped out of my interpreting studies. No plan. Only the knowing that there had to be more than just functioning. My soul was starving for real healing…

Searching for healing in all the wrong places

I searched everywhere: meditation, energy work, Reiki, family constellations, psychoanalysis. I sat with enlightened gurus (who were rarely enlightened, but deeply traumatized) and vomited my soul out with shamans in Peru. I just wanted the suffering to stop and finally live my life. But every attempt pulled me further away from myself. Because no one truly saw me or was able to genuinely help me in a lasting way.

Meeting my trauma and shadow

I came face to face with my deepest pain: physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Childhood abuse, losing a baby at 12, physical, psychological, and narcissistic abuse, multiple rapes as a woman. All of this was part of my story. But none of the concepts I clung to or therapies I tried, conventional or alternative, brought lasting healing. Until…

The discovery of Human Design and trauma work

I first heard about Human Design in 2006, but it was the soulless Black Market version. In 2012 came the awakening, thanks to John Martin, the 6/2 Projector “Laughing Buddha,” my analyst who became my teacher from Hawaii, who saw my power, my shadow, and my truth on a soul-deep level. For the first time, I understood how I functioned. I cried and laughed at the same time. It was deep, raw, and life-changing. That was the beginning of my remembrance. In 2012, I began metabolizing my trauma biochemically and recalibrating my brain.

Education & embodiment

Finally, something truly helped in a lasting way. Finally, I felt ease. Finally, hope and joy for life returned. Thank you, life… Because I was suicidal at 12, 22, and 30 years old. I not only began resolving my trauma on a cellular level, but also experimenting with my strategy and authority and finally trusting myself. So I began studying both systems deeply and with my whole soul. It did not only help me; I saw how it helped my clients too… Finally, something that actually works! Today, I am a certified Human Design analyst, teacher, and guide. I combine Original Human Design with gentle trauma alchemy. I do not only teach theory. I teach embodiment.
