1. Head: mental stress eating from pressure and worries.
The head center is THE worry center par excellence. That’s why we have the saying in our everyday speech “Don’t worry, be happy”. But what most people do is worry a lot AND often about things that will never happen. In the head center, we have mental pressure and mental stress, so this can lead to MENTAL stress eating in the head center. If you have the head center OPEN/WHITE, then you are more prone to worry and not only do you have your own worries, but what you do is “other people’s worries” because with an open/white head center, you absorb like a sponge the worries and mental stress around you AND amplify it by about 30x as well, so there is lots of mental stressful chaos in your head center so that it can lead to stress eating in the head center. This can lead to the fact that you might then tend to stress eating mentally out of mental stress, as some yummy food creates quick gratification.
If your head center is defined/colored, then it is rather your worries, which of course, also come very strongly from your imprinting and/or traumatization and are therefore distorted, so that precisely because the head center is defined, you then constantly and often permanently have this pressure in the head center and then try to get rid of it and then you could also go over to mental stress eating to relieve this pressure somewhat, or to distract yourself from it or to numb yourself.
And food is the biggest drug there is in humanity. Why? You can get away from any other drug, be it alcohol, “conventional” drugs, cigarettes, or even people who are like a “drug to us”, we can get away from them, (Here’s an article also on addiction centers. Because addiction also leads to unhealthy eating behaviors). BUT we can’t distance ourselves from food, we can’t just stop eating. Therefore, food is the first addictive substance for most people because it is also so fast and so easy AND we have to eat to survive. Solution in my free ebook!
2. Anja: Mental Anxiety
The head center exerts pressure from above on the Ajna center. In general, this is a natural mechanic of life: The pressure in the head to understand life in the past, in the present, and for the future is passed on to the Ajna, which then gives answers to the questions in the head, how life works, in the form of concepts, so that we are less afraid of life. What is most disturbing to most people, or causes the deepest fear and powerlessness, is NOT understanding something. When we understand something, the pressure in the head and the fear in the Ajna is released since we have found an answer and understanding.
However, most people go through the world with an extreme amount of mental anxiety in the Ajna. How often do you worry & have anxiety and numb yourself or distract yourself in some way? Many people, when they feel mental anxiety AND can’t resolve it, start distracting themselves: TV, Youtube, reading, listening, pornography, sex addiction, love addiction, addiction to attention, AND food.
We are so used to mostly distracting ourselves from the anxieties in our head that we don’t even notice how these mechanisms are controlling our daily lives. Sit down for a few minutes and observe what happens in your head and observe how difficult that is without always doing something and distracting yourself … because then all the worries (head) and mental fears (ajna) bubble up and we don’t want to deal with them; instead we numb our mental fears with food, whether the ajna is open/white or defined/colored.
For both, the Ajna cannot resolve a dilemma, a problem in life, be it job or health or relationships, and finds no answer for the dilemma and the fear remains, so people then tend to unhealthy eating behavior, i.e. binge eating, emotional eating and stress eating, out of mental anxiety and overwhelm. Solution here!
3 THROAT: – Lack of attention
The THROAT is the center of manifestation and where we go into action, into action. How we are also visible in the world, how we draw attention to ourselves and where we are HEARD and thereby seen. So if we don’t get attention we need or want, or even often think we want from our non-self, then that can be a trigger in the throat for unhealthy eating behaviors. i.e. Binge Eating, Emotional Eating & Stress Eating. This is especially a big Achilles heel with the open/white throat in the shadows that doesn’t know how to draw attention to itself, because the open throat often feels unseen and unheard. An open THROAT then sometimes initiates something anything to be seen, only to not get the attention desired or no attention and then compensate with food.
No one sees me = no one hears me = no one pays attention to me = no one wants me: are then all triggers that lead to unhealthy eating behavior, as said with main focus on the open throat.
Another trigger for unhealthy eating behavior could also be that we humans just don’t live according to Strategy and Authority and then play Manifestor, so put pressure on our throat and start pushing, you initiate, to want to manifest anything the head thinks it wants. This behavior leads to a lot of tension in the body and since we initiate from the mind, to a lot of resistance, which then leads to bitterness, anger, frustration and disappointment, depending on the type, and this in turn leads to disturbed eating behavior, so frustration eating, emotional eating & stress eating.
4. G/Direction: Love ache, feeling unloved & not knowing who you are….
The G-center or the direction is THE center and THE seat of love. Be it love for the Divine, or the Universe, or The Humanity, for oneself, for the body and love for our loved ones. This is also about finding one’s place in life and it is also the seat of identity, which is fixed with the defined G and which is never fixed with an open G. This information of course immediately gives us clues as to how the G center can trigger unhealthy eating behaviors ….
Especially the open/white G suffers immensely from a lack of love, usually from an early age. The open G also does not feel love all the time, precisely because the center is not defined, just as any open center is not constant in its energy. That alone can confuse a G and cause it to be “broken.” And an open G most often feels NOT LOVED, while longing so much for that constant love, not experiencing it, having a thousand wounds in it, and then can end up in toxic relationships. All these are triggers for unhealthy eating behavior, be it eating too much or too little, or shoveling in industrial shitstorms …. And because it doesn’t get the love on the outside, nor does it feel constant on the inside, it then leads to stuffing itself with food, this inner yawning emptiness in the chest, where the G sits.
…
…
General triggers in the G that can lead to unhealthy/excessive/anorexic eating behaviors is a
- Lack of fixed identity, you don’t know who you are and are forever trying to find yourself without ever getting a fixed identity and then loading up in toxic/incorrect relationships
- Lack of love, parental, friendship, partnership, personal
- Not knowing where your place is in life and where you belong
And since here in the G sits the liver, then through the triggers, for what the G (especially the open), we break our liver through junk food and too much or too little food … AND essential with the OPEN direction: if you are in the wrong place, then not only will you have even more difficulty with love, place in life and identity, but also, even more, prone to unhealthy/excessive/anorexic eating behaviors, i.e. Frustration Eating, Emotional Eating & Stress Eating. Because if the Open G is in the wrong place, it has the wrong life!!! and thus more stress, frustration, etc = more unhealthy/excessive/anoxic eating behavior = Frustration Eating, Emotional Eating & Stress Eating. The solution as always here!
…
5. Ego: lack of self-worth
The ego is where we experience our worthiness and how we can develop healthy self-worth. This is usually much easier for the defined/colored egos, unless they have experienced a lot of physical and psychological trauma. And as we know, the open ego is usually the biggest Achilles heel in a chart. So unfortunately here mostly the open ego and from the wounds in the open ego has the strongest tendency to unhealthy/excessive/anorexic eating behaviors, i.e. Binge Eating, Emotional Eating & Stress Eating. The open ego feels worthless and wrong and broken due to negative conditioning, constantly tries to repair and optimize itself, only to fail most of the time, which cracks the self-worth even more and this again leads to Binge Eating, Emotional Eating & Stress Eating. An eternal painful cycle.
In addition to this, gate 40 is connected to the ego and this is our stomach. So when we feel worthless, we quickly reach for food to compensate and numb this pain, because when the stomach is overly stretched by too much food, which activates the vagus nerve, we become a little more relaxed, calmer, but also more numb, because we are stuffed like a snake, but then we don’t feel the pain as much…. The solution is here.
6. Sacral: Lack of limits and energy.
In the sacral center, we have located mainly the frustrated binge eating. Why? If you have defined the sacral, then you automatically have a Generator, and what is the shadow of a Generator if it does not live according to S&A? FRUSTRATION. Therefore, the most frustrated people on the planet are Generators. How is frustration created? When the Generator doesn’t respect his gut voice, frustration comes because he doesn’t use his energy correctly and still pushes because he thinks he has to and forces himself and that leads to more frustration and that is then compensated by unhealthy/excessive/anorectic eating behavior and more frustration and the more the sacral is forced and broken the more frustrated binge eating, emotional eating & stress eating. If the sacral is not used correctly, then most people end up eating to of frustration to compensate for this frustration AND to continue to force themselves to whip their sacral through life and force themselves into wrong jobs, occupations etc.
What is the Achilles heel of the OPEN sacral does not know when enough is enough and of course this carries over to eating. And what can trigger unhealthy eating behavior in the open sacral is:
- that it is surrounded by frustrated sacrals and amplifies their frustration
- they feel tired and exhausted
- it has no energy
- it is overstimulated by too much sacral stimulation from Generators
- it has gone beyond its own limits
- that others have gone beyond the limits
- that it has the wrong job
- has the wrong sex
- that it sits together with Generators at the table and is overdriven by the Skral!
All this can then lead to unhealthy/excessive eating behavior, so binge eating, emotional eating & stress eating and all this is then tried to compensate through food. The solution is as always here!

7. Solar Plexus: Emotional Dramalama, Trauma and Emotional Eating.
The solar plexus is the seat of our emotions and here is the seat of emotional health OR emotional pain. Therefore, it is obvious that the solar plexus is THE center for emotional eating. The defined solar plexus will begin to chow down if it does not allow its emotions and waves, which are there and need to flow through and be metabolized. If these are either suppressed, or whipped up, then the solar plexus will tend to emotional eating to try to control the waves and the feelings, which is an illusion and the more we try to control, the more pain is created and the more we chow down, but the mind likes to do absurd things because the human mind is immature.
The open solar plexus will chow and practice emotional eating because it either doesn’t want to allow an old pain, or it has been pulled into the emotional chaos of a defined solar plexus, or it craves emotional warmth and affection but doesn’t get it. Of course, this can also be true for the defined solar plexus, BUT the open solar plexus is usually tens of times more susceptible to this.
…
…
If we have trauma in the system, whether your solar plexus is open or defined, and the old trauma pain comes up, then both will eat. And that’s what most people do. Or they will go to the other extreme, which is NOT eating, because it’s also a control mechanism. It is then not natural fasting, which is natural and healthy for the passive brain, but not eating is a form of mental control over the trauma so as not to be overwhelmed by the trauma and lend itself to it. Both behaviors are unhealthy.
In addition to this, we have gate 55 in the solar plexus, and this is the gate of emptiness or fullness and regulates our hunger impulses. Therefore, the unhealthy solar plexus in the shadow and not-self creates the most extreme eating behaviors, i.e. BInge Eating, Emotional Eating & Stress Eating, which is either tipping in one direction: Eating until you burst. Or tilting to the other extreme: Eating nothing and refusing to eat. As always, the solution is here!
8. Root: Stress Eating
The root is THE stress center par excellence for PHYSICAL stress. And therefore, we have primarily located stress eating here. And stress is not a problem at first, because there is also healthy stress, which enables us to get into action, to do things, to grow beyond ourselves, etc.. BUT PERMANENT STRESS due to too many stresses in everyday life and stress that sits in the system due to unresolved traumas become a problem. Because that suggests to your body and your whole system as if you are constantly running away from a saber tooth tiger and that, of course, has devastating harmful consequences physically and psychologically if that is a permanent condition. I can sing a song about this, I spent several decades in constant stress due to my trauma and a toxic situation, which is why I am such a big fan of trauma work with tapping!!! Here is my free ebook. So if you have continuous stress in your life because your head is making your decisions in life, you will have a tendency to stress eat. Either hardly eat anything because too much stress and then when you do calm down a bit, eat an extreme amount. Or you will eat things throughout the day that you know very well are not good for you.
Because food can simply anesthetize us the easiest and the most, distract us and also trigger a few feelings of happiness. Because our body is biochemistry and what you eat is also chemistry and the food will influence your biochemistry. Therefore, as a civilization, we chow down way too many carbs, as it makes you happy the fastest, but also leads to increased aging AND degeneration due to the constant glucose spike
The open root is of course the “star” here as far as stress eating is concerned, as the open root so wonderfully amplifies the stress of all the people around it and gallops around like a crazy rabbit whipped up by all the foreign stress! And therefore also burns out quickly. Either she is over-stressed and eats to compensate, or she is burnt out and eats to finally have more energy and again we have frustration eating, emotional eating & stress eating. Oh yeah, and coffee addiction is a huge issue here too! The solution is here as always!
9. Spleen – Existential Fears
The Spleen is where the issue of physical health and survival is located and people who have an OPEN Spleen in particular have a tendency to Binge Eating, Emotional Eating & Stress Eating when they feel uncomfortable and unsafe, and alone in the world. This is also where the existential fears are. In general, the open spleen does not feel as comfortable and secure in the world and tends to have more of a lack of trust in life and people. There is a bit of a lack of primal trust in most open-spleen people. and then of course they have fears of their own, but are also filled up from an early age with foreign fears and as they navigate through life, they continue to be filled up with more fears … it’s overwhelming …. Therefore, the Spleen then tends to engage in unhealthy eating behaviors, i.e. Binge Eating, Emotional Eating & Stress Eating, to numb all this chaotic jumble of anxiety.
Fear for one’s health, fear for the health of one’s partner/children, fear because of global political events that are threatening, fear of losing one’s job, partner, friend, apartment, fear of dying, etc., can all be triggers for a person’s tendency towards frustration eating, emotional eating & stress eating, i.e. unhealthy/excessive/anorexic eating behavior. Fear is the main motivator and this fear is then not addressed, checked and if necessary solved, but one distracts oneself from it with food. And then there is also the fact that the open spleen often can not distinguish in the shade what is good for it or not, as far as food is concerned, so that they can develop even more a tendency to unhealthy eating behavior, because the Achilles heel of the open spleen: it does not know WHO or WHAT is good for it or not! The solution, as always, is here!
