And most people, and I have given 3,800 analyses, do not live this aspect of their design, and many who even had analyses or even took HD courses do not live it. Most have not even understood it; those who ever had an “analysis,” most have NOT lived according to it, even if they had an analysis, even if they participated in courses, because the knowledge there is extremely distorted and dumbed down, without understanding the essence of HD.
And this holy grail of your mechanics and genetics is your S&A, and it is… and I know, the head then says, yes, yes, I know that, but ARE YOU LIVING IT, EVERY MOMENT IN YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE?? Transcript: Human Design Strategy and Authority – Your Best Genetic Business, Life & Love Coach
Hi, my name is Angelina Fabian. I am a Human Design analyst, guide, and teacher, certified by the International School of Human Design. In this video, I want to highlight and explain why your Human Design strategy and authority are your best business coaches.
In my analyses, people come from all walks of life. I have people from IBM, therapists, coaches, teachers, law enforcement officers, from all areas. Many people come to me to understand how they can either start or optimize their business. Some are involved in a specific area of their work that simply, frankly, disgusts or does not fulfill or inspire them.
Many of these people have also booked various coaching modules, whether individual or some programs. They have tried to build their business following these coaching modules but encountered resistance and did not progress or achieve the success that was promised to them in these modules and courses. Then, of course, they felt helpless and thought something must be wrong with me, I just need to try harder and if I just did more, then it would work.
However, the reality is that many of these coaching modules, especially business coaching modules that are designed to help people advance their business optimally in life, simply do not work. This is because they do not focus on the individual and people have to follow many concepts or perform tasks or implement certain things in their business that are not in resonance with their own truth and with their Human Design strategy and authority.
It is now the 11th year of my own Human Design experiment and also the 11th year that I have been officially studying Human Design at the International Human Design School. What I have observed is that it is much more efficient, easier, and more fulfilling when people use their Human Design strategy and authority to start their business, to mutate it, or to take it to a higher level.
When people come to me wanting advice based on their design on what they can do to make their business flourish and do so without being completely rushed and annoyed and angry and furious and grumpy and frustrated, but to truly find fulfillment in their business, I always turn to Human Design strategy and authority. We actually cover this in the basic analysis. The basic analysis is really the most important foundation that we as analysts can lay for people, so they can truly understand how they tick deeply and how they can mechanically use their design to not only have success in business or find fulfillment there but also to navigate all other areas of life, be it friendship, intimate relationships, or their health.
This means that Human Design strategy and authority are not only the perfect, inherent, genetic business coach that everyone already carries within them, which basically costs nothing, but they are also the perfect life coach, relationship coach, and health coach. As we grow older, and I am a mother of a nearly twelve-year-old boy, it immensely helps us in parenting and deepens and nourishes our relationship with our child.
This means, regardless of your type, whether you are a Generator, a Projector, a Manifestor, or a Reflector, we have a total of four genetic types, it’s about your genetic Human Design strategy and in that context your authority, which can show you every step in your business. They can differentiate what you do, who you hire, what font color you choose, what images you choose, what platform you choose, whether you love Instagram or choose Facebook for your business or YouTube, whether you offer freebies, and so on.
I own a business, and I love my business; my business is really my baby and it fulfills me greatly and regenerates me as a Generator. Here is my chart, by the way, if you don’t know me yet and want to get a feel for me through my chart, and there is, of course, in the context of our business, business being the focus of this video, making decisions. And how do we usually approach it? Most weigh the pros and cons, what is a sensible decision, what is the right decision.
Some people then push themselves out of their comfort zone mentally and kick themselves mentally with their mind to do something, only to encounter resistance and realize that it was not the right thing after all or it does not flow, or they spend a fortune on training and courses and then the people don’t come or they often market methods, which I have observed, that do not really resonate with them, are not really congruent with their essence, and then success does not come or people chase after clients, chase after success, chase after money and end up with a business that barely supports them or if it is successful, they struggle with being unable to rest and being constantly frustrated or bitter or angry or disappointed.
And that means, the best way and the best strategy to care for, nurture, build, mutate, and help your own business grow is the Human Design strategy and authority and this is of course always dependent on the individual type and of course, you can then look at what are the individual potentials, is someone rather freaky and that is their recipe for success, is someone collective, collectively abstract or collectively logical, is someone more of a community person or a loner. Of course, we can see these aspects in depth in the design and I look at that, but my main focus is that people in the basic analysis, no matter what dilemma they are in, in which area of life, I help them truly understand their Human Design strategy and authority and use these in everyday life. They get a manual, so to speak, in my basic analysis, so that they can navigate all areas of their life and the same naturally also applies to business.
I am a manifesting Generator with emotional definition, and I actually have four authority centers. This means I then also look into how the interplay works, so that people can essentially potentiate and efficiently use their essence and that means I then use my strategy as a Generator to respond to and react to certain aspects of my business and then I use my authority to then bypass my mind and we remember, the mind is the conglomerate of conditioning, trauma, and conditioning, whether it be social, cultural background, whether spiritual or religious, and all these aspects of our lives are deeply conditioned and twisted and manipulated and when we make a decision based on our mind in our business or relationships or other areas of life, then basically an external control in us, in foreign aspects of us, so our conditioning and imprinting and not our essence, decides how we should make these decisions in business and then we encounter resistance. Therefore, Human Design strategy and authority are the boss in your life and that is actually the genetic mechanical instance in you, genetically designed to make the perfect decisions in your business that are in harmony with your purpose, so that you as a Generator are regenerated, as a Projector you are successful, as a Manifestor you have your deep peace and as a Reflector your business is filled with surprises and not marked by disappointments.
This means, for the Generator, it is simple: They react, either as a pure Generator using their gut voice as a reference point to differentiate what is correct or not. Or the emotional Generator takes time to let their biochemical wave run out and find clarity. And there, I really give practical examples of how I do this in my business, for example for Generators, so that they really get a sense and awareness of it and can actually see it.
Ah, it’s that simple. In recent days, I have given several business coachings in the context of Human Design to help people build their business. And they said, really, it is so simple. I thought reacting was much more complex. And they were full of anticipation to try this now in their business. They were not confused. “What do I do now?” Instead, they really had something practical at hand so they could get started.
And as I said, my analyst granny, with the deepest respect for Becky, taught me something else, saying that it is difficult for Projectors, Manifestors, and Reflectors to navigate life alone using Human Design strategy and authority. The Manifestor has his artificial strategy. It’s not even natural. Yes, he uses his authority. But if he is emotionally defined, then it is difficult to make decisions in business because these three types, the Reflector, the Manifestor, and the Projector, do not have something as immediate as we Generators do.
And that’s why I give Projectors, Manifestors, and Reflectors additional cognition, which they can use to make better decisions in everyday life, in all areas, in relationships, in friendships, in health, in mundane, banal things. Because that’s what matters. Every small decision leads to a mutation. Every small decision opens the next door to correct decisions. And I give you this cognition so you can understand how you can make decisions more easily in the context of your big decisions, namely in the context of business, which is the focus of this video.
Because if a Projector sits on the sofa again waiting for someone to invite him for some business, it will not happen. If someone knows you exist, no invitations will come. That’s why I approach each type in its individual context and talk about their Human Design strategy and authority with practical examples on how the different types can use their Human Design strategy and authority in their business, so that the things they meet are not conditioned by trauma, imprinting, and all kinds of self-sabotage programs that arise, but really come from the essence. And so many people write to me then, “Oh my God, it works.”
I find that so endearing. Aha, being young is mechanics. It is one of the few things out there in this crazy world where so much is propagated that supposedly works but doesn’t. Being young works because it is mechanics. That is mechanics. Blinking is mechanics. Heartbeating is mechanics. That means we use the mechanics of our genetics and there in the context of Human Design strategy and authority, as we were created, to make our decisions mechanically and build our business in such a way that the Generator is regenerated, full of power.
I hope I serve as a role model because it regenerates me both to make my videos, even though it always makes me nervous. My assistant can sing a song about it. My sessions regenerate me. It touches.
I love it when people relax deeply, when they start to glow from within, because I explain to them how they tick deeply and how they can celebrate themselves. Their true being, that they do not need to fix themselves and do not need to be repaired and that they are a perfect symphony just as they are, and thereby begin to live their truth. Working with their essence, with this Human Design strategy and authority, which shows them the way in life and not throwing sand into the gears, placing stones in the way and sabotaging themselves or chasing after notions of business and success that have nothing to do with their soul, with their truth and with their essence and are not at all congruent with them.
Projectors finally succeed because they are seen. And so many Projectors, I find it so endearing, because I accompany some Projectors longer in their process, be it through dream work or through my Human Design courses. And most then say, “Oh my God, it works,” and they receive invitations and eventually can’t save themselves from invitations, so that their business builds up because they don’t decide mentally.
Because the mind is not genetically created to make decisions that are congruent with a truth, but they make their decisions from their Human Design strategy and authority. And then the invitations come. Because Human Design strategy and authority, we all want, especially in this spiritual world, through which I was properly burned, because there is so much bullshit simply prevailing, based on trauma and manipulation and psychological abuse.
And that means, in this spiritual corner, where there is much that is genuine—don’t get me wrong—but there is also a lot of manipulation. And there’s always this talk of cleansing your aura field and purifying and so on. Human Design strategy and authority are the best washing machine. It cleans your frequency field because you decondition at the cellular level, as we actually remove the wrong conditioning through the cells, all that we are not and that does not resonate with our truth. And we truly shed all the falsehood and our natural brilliance emerges. This, who we really are, is what we resonate with the right clients or patients, depending on which field you work in.
And we have a much higher win-win rate, and depending on the type, you experience your signature and feel fulfilled. Whether it’s satisfaction, success, or the Manifestor who has a peaceful business and is otherwise left alone. And the Reflector experiences one surprise after another and glows and shines from within.
Yes, my Reflectors, I love you, I always call you the Reflector, the moon elves. You have something so delicate, so beautiful, something mystical, and it’s beautiful how the Reflector does not go under in this whole mishmash of conditioning but really begins to glow and shine because they are in the right place doing the activity that is truly congruent with their destiny, with their life path, because we do not know what our destiny is. No one out there can tell us what our destiny is or what we are here for and what we should do.
You can only discover this authentically, unmanipulated, and truthfully from yourself, from your Human Design strategy and authority, and therefore Human Design strategy and authority are the boss. That means, summarizing this video in essence. Ultimately, no matter in which area of life, whether you want to navigate your relationships, the intimate ones, friendships, business relationships, your health, the everyday decisions in life that are just as essential, or whether you want to make decisions in your business, whether you want to end a job, start a new job, start a business, no matter in which area.
Your Human Design strategy and authority are the best business coach you have, as this business coach will really make decisions for you, without you having to think about it and get lost in confusion, despair, and the rat race of madness in the box, but really make decisions from your essence and thus walk your path and for this, the Human Design strategy and authority are responsible. And this is the genetic blueprint of your Human Design strategy and authority, it is literally created for this. That means, you have your business coach with you every moment.
Naturally follow the Human Design strategy and authority individually and you can each time with every decision in your business, so that your business can flourish and succeed, and thus you can contribute your part to this beautiful cosmic interplay of human existence, do it according to Human Design strategy and authority. Make all your decisions that way. And of course, you can delve deeper into deeper aspects, but even there, if Human Design strategy and authority do not fit, it does not work.
For example, you can also go through the four transformation steps, which has greatly helped me in business, through the correct nutrition, the correct external environment, by taking the correct perspective, which is our external authority, where we can truly inspire people and not just spout nonsense, thereby really gaining recognition and appreciation. You can also delve into the four transformation steps to make it even more adjusted and finer and clearer. But the basis is still Human Design strategy and authority.
If that does not fit, if it is not experimented with, and that means every day, basically every moment, not just on weekends or in the evening, that is the beauty of Human Design, you don’t have to meditate, you don’t need affirmations. Those who sell it to you as an affirmation do not understand Human Design. Because here, affirmation is mental.
It’s not about affirmations. We do not want to make decisions mentally and push something into the world and initiate what we think we want, but we want to decondition and discover what we are here for and what is really in alignment with our truth. It does not require meditation, no affirmation.
You don’t need to find time to live your design, but it’s about the nitty-gritty, the everyday life, with the child, with the partner, with friends, at the supermarket checkout, in business, in all areas of life. This is the essence of Human Design. It is really about living and realizing and experimenting with it in everyday life because Human Design is genetic mechanics, your life actually changes.
So, my dear ones, I hope this has inspired you in your business. Whether you already have one, wish to optimize it, or want to start one, then understand the basics of your design. Understand the Human Design strategy neutrality. It is truly the Holy Grail, metaphorically speaking. In Human Design, it transforms your life and start making decisions in your business according to Human Design strategy and authority. Not the mind, not the box.
Our mind is not genetically designed to make decisions. It can learn, it can be inspired, it can inspire, it can process, it can share, communicate, but it is not genetically designed to make decisions. That means, start making decisions according to this genetic mechanism that resides within you, experiment with it, and really experience surprises and notice, “Oh my God, it flows.”
And really, this is now the eleventh year of Human Design experiment and study. I have worked with very, very many people, and they say, oh wow. That’s what they always say at the end of an analysis and then, when they start their experiment in Human Design, they say, “Oh my God, it works.”
Because so many people have tried so much stuff that doesn’t work but is touted as functional. And then they discover that they actually have something everyday at hand that helps them stabilize, that helps them tap into their potential bit by bit and unleash it, and realize, “Okay, it works” and life begins to flow. You get into the flow, synchronicities occur, and things come into your consciousness and into your life that you couldn’t even have visualized or imagined because they weren’t even on your radar.
Therefore, decondition this, don’t listen to the box, but make all decisions according to Human Design strategy and authority, despite the fear of the box, despite the fear of the mind, which then fears that something bad will happen or fears missing out or wants to imitate what others have done, which supposedly also brought them success. We don’t even know that if someone claims it. That means this immense field of information we are exposed to, where so much bullshit is also propagated, we can navigate through Human Design strategy and authority and be our own authority in it, really filtering out and discarding what is not in resonance with our path.
That means, start using Human Design strategy and authority, it is the boss, you have it settled in your body, and you can tap into and use it to make all decisions.
