Support for De-Conditioning

When working with people, whether in HD sessions, in gentle trauma work, or in my Living Your Design Course, we talk a lot about de-conditioning. De-conditioning means shedding negative imprinting and traumatization that has been thrust upon us, that has alienated us, corrupted our choices, and distanced us from our true self and twisted our true being, which is deeply painful. The greatest pain in a human being is not being able to be himself/herself. Therefore, in addition to Human Design, I also do gentle trauma work with tapping to help people decondition more deeply with tapping, in addition to strategy and authority, and unleash their beautiful naturally brilliant true selves.

Tapping is in my opinion the best tool (you can get my free tapping book in the bio in Insta) to gently and lovingly release deep conditioning and traumatization. However, what can accompany it very well is Jin Shin Jyutsu. Because de-conditioning is sometimes “messy” and painful and therefore Jin Shin Jyutsu helps to absorb all these painful feelings in everyday life. Jin Shin does not solve the specific traumatization behind the emotional pain, for that gentle trauma work is much more effective, but it helps to deal with painful feelings more easily.

In the following pages you will find the assignment of the fingers and their respective feelings to help navigate and release painful feelings more easily. You can simply hold the respective fingers whenever your hands are not needed. In some cases a few fingers will be enough, but the longer you hold the fingers, the deeper you will feel a change in the biochemistry aka the feelings.

The thumb (self-esteem finger) helps you with:

  • Worry
  • Depression
  • Loneliness & Anxiety
  • Feelings of hate
  • Obsessive thoughts
  • Lack of recognition
  • Stuttering
  • Nightmares
  • headaches, sore throat
  • digestive problems
  • strengthens compassion, self-confidence, empathy

The index finger (courage finger) helps with

  • Fear
  • Primal fear and feeling cut off from life and the living
  • Insecurity & perfectionism
  • Shyness
  • Despondency
  • Lack of will to live
  • Pains – these are relieved
  • Dental fears
  • kidney and bladder problems

The middle finger (serenity finger ) helps with

  • Anger and feeling pent up
  • anger & rage
  • unwanted explosive moods
  • frustration
  • aggression
  • when you want to determine everything
  • when you are quickly annoyed
  • pain in the knees
  • problems with gall bladder or liver

The ring finger (good mood finger) helps with

  • Sadness
  • difficulty letting go
  • if you complain often and cry a lot
  • difficulty crying
  • lack of joy
  • disappointment
  • soft unsteady voice
  • difficulty breathing
  • physical exertion
  • problems with lungs and large intestine

The Little Finger (Sunshine Finger) helps you

  • Lack of laughter, joy & love
  • Relationship problems
  • overstrain, too high demands – everything is exhausting
  • Burnout & stress
  • Lack of concentration & forgetfulness
  • Difficulty falling asleep
  • Lack of ease and composure
  • heart and small intestine problems
