Hello dear ones :)
In my video today, I talk about how people with an open, unconscious, or broken Ego in Human Design often feel worthless and constantly need to prove that they are enough. These negative beliefs and the constant need for validation usually stem from childhood and are the result of deep conditioning and trauma. Many of us carry these wounds around and feel inadequate in various areas of our lives, whether at work, in relationships, or in our self-worth, leading us to believe we need to be “more” and “better” to feel “enough,” which never seems to happen…
Perhaps you had parents who made you feel like you weren’t enough or teachers who embarrassed you in front of the class. These experiences run deep and affect our lives on many levels – be it at work, in relationships, or simply in our self-esteem.
But don’t panic on the Titanic: The good news is that we can heal these deep-seated beliefs and traumas. In my video, I explain how we can process these old, painful experiences on a biochemical level through Trauma Alchemy and Tapping. These methods help us reprogram our neural networks and heal old wounds so they no longer negatively influence our present and future.
To decondition your OPEN EGO and ALL OTHER Centers we highly recommend that you do a deep dive into our Empowerment series, for the Type Strategy and Authority, as it helps you to navigate through life more from your true self and less and less from the wounds of the open centers … You can find the EMPOWERMENT Series Information below the video!
