Angelina Fabian – Biography and work

How it all began …

At the age of 21, I completely collapsed. After my first year at the university in Heidelberg, I voluntarily admitted myself to a psychiatric clinic. I was suffering from deep depression with a longing for death, panic attacks, and felt incapable of managing my daily life. At that time, seeking protection and help in psychiatry seemed to be the only possible solution. However, it didn’t take long for me to realize that this approach – antidepressants and occasional talk therapy – was not leading to any improvement.

So, I left the clinic, stopped taking the antidepressants, and began searching for alternative healing methods. On my own healing journey, I participated in family constellations, practiced tapping (EFT), energy healing, meditation, and bodywork, visited “gurus,” went to shamans and drank Ayahuasca, discovered and truly understood myself for the first time through Human Design, felt and saw the self that fills us with the deepest love every moment, cried rivers of tears, and laughed from the bottom of my heart.

[/cmsms_text][/cmsms_column][/cmsms_row][cmsms_row][cmsms_column data_width=”1/1″][cmsms_text]

I have faced my own deepest pain and trauma, created by extensive physical and psychological violence, sexual, emotional, psychological, narcissistic abuse, rapes, and the conditioning of a society alien to life. Yet, this profound pain gradually revealed itself as the gateway to the here and now and to healing. My own injuries and the resulting distress led me to learn various methods that could help me help myself. In all the methods that have sustainably aided me and continue to accompany me, I have enthusiastically trained myself, so that I can now also help other people integrate their traumas and regain their strength.

My encounter with HDS and my training as a “Living Your Design Guide”

Began in 2006 when I first came across the Human Design System. However, it wasn’t until 2012 that the ‘Human Design virus’ truly caught me. This happened when John Martin from Hawaii, without knowing me, laid bare my beauty and my shadow, my strength and my conditioning, in just a few minutes. I had never before encountered a system that could explain so precisely and practically how I function, and at the same time, show me how to make correct decisions for myself based on my specific genetics, allowing me to experience deep satisfaction and fulfillment in my life instead of constant frustration.

And as with everything in life, I also had to apply it, because understanding it merely as an interesting concept in my mind wouldn’t connect me with myself, nor lead me from frustration to satisfaction. Excited by this practical science about human mechanics, I completed my training as a ‘Living Your Design Guide’ with John Martin and got certified by the International Human Design School. In addition to this, over 13 years of Human Design experimentation and study, I have also completed further Human Design training, becoming a Human Design Analyst, holistic Analyst, HD Teacher, Human Design Rave Psychologist, and I also integrate Gentle Trauma Alchemy with Tapping and Sexual Empowerment into my practice.

My Human Design chart – Angelina Fabian

In the terms of Human Design, I am a Manifesting Generator with emotional Authority and a 5/1 profile.

What does this mean?

As a Generator, I am here to do what brings me the deepest physical satisfaction and fulfillment, not what my conditioned mind believes to be correct. My Authority is my Solar Plexus, which means that I can never grasp my unique truth instantly; it crystallizes over time and through the ups and downs of emotional waves. I am a highly emotional being, and thanks to Human Design, I have started to love this aspect of myself. I understood that there is nothing wrong with my feelings, that I don’t need to be fixed, and that I am perfect and unique just as I am.

And my 5/1 profile embodies the need to empower and support other people. And that is what I live for and what brings me deep fulfillment!

Goals of my work with clients

Individuation: When you understand who you are and what your differentiated nature is, you begin to shed the caricature of your false self that was shaped by conditioning from family, media, society, and religion. You start to live more as your true self, come into your own power, and thereby inspire others as well.

Finding Your Place in Life: Entanglement with the family system often leads to depression, failure, and illness. However, resolving this entanglement and taking your rightful place in life leads to deep connection, fulfillment, and health.

Physical Healing: If your body is weak and ill, it is showing you where things have gone awry and where you are not living, respecting, or acknowledging yourself. Resolving these issues allows you to reconnect with yourself, your power, and to do what you are here for.

Healing from Traumatic Experiences: Every unresolved traumatic experience stored within us binds our energy and strength on an emotional, physical, and mental level, causing us to relive these old experiences like a broken record. Resolving these traumatic experiences creates space for something new in your life and leads to more inner peace and fulfillment.

Awakening to the Here and Now: When you realize who you truly are, beyond thoughts, feelings, and matter, peace often ensues, and you realize that you have always been deeply loved and supported by life. This reveals the essence of healing, love, and the meaning of life. Life lives through you.

Methods I use to work with clients

[/cmsms_text][cmsms_toggles mode=”toggle” animation_delay=”0″][cmsms_toggle title=”Human Design System “]

Who are you, and how do you make a correct decision for yourself? Discover how your unique being functions, and learn how to make a correct decision for YOUR life based on the wisdom of your body, instead of resorting to your fear-conditioned mind, which leads you from one pitfall to another. Applying the Human Design System gives you back to yourself!

More information HERE

Have you experienced painful events in your life? Do you notice how painful incidents tend to repeat themselves? The root cause lies in unprocessed painful experiences. With tapping (EFT), we address your injuries and traumatic experiences that burden you and hinder your life. When we experience something painful and do not process it, it remains stored in our cellular memory and nervous system, leading to physical ailments and incessant emotional pain. When these issues are addressed through tapping, our bodies heal, and we experience greater emotional balance and a reconnection with life.

More information HERE

If you would like to book a session with me, Angelina Fabian, click on one of the methods mentioned above. Be aware that my approach to integrative soul work is not an aspirin meant to numb you and distract you from your pain.

Are you ready for me to accompany you in unleashing your vitality and life force step by step? Are you prepared for a deep transformation and integration of your wounds, so they no longer hinder you like a weight around your ankle but become sources of your strength?

Do you long for more devotion to yourself? Do you desire the strength for greater consistency and the willingness to face your pain and shadow with love and courage?

I do not heal you; your intelligent body and your own system do that themselves. I am a companion who supports you on your journey to yourself and your strength with the means available to me, so that you can root more deeply in life and gradually unfold your life force with freedom and connection.
